Shipping policy

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping prices vary depending on where the item is produced. The price of shipping will be clearly indicated on each product page. If you have any questions about this, don’t hesitate to drop us a line.

  • How long will it take for my items to arrive? Each item is made to order so please bear with us, as the item will need to be prepared and then shipped to you. As we are just starting out, we are currently unable to provide you with a reliable estimate of how long items will take to get to you. We generally expect that they will be with you within 2 weeks of you placing your order - do let us know if that’s not the case. However, we won’t issue refunds or offer replacements before 30 days have elapsed after the item has been sent to production.

  • I need my order really quickly. Do you offer an expedited option? Each item is made to order so please bear with us, as the item will need to be prepared and then shipped to you. Expedited shipping is sometimes available, but more expensive, and we aren’t able to guarantee that the shipment will arrive within the estimated timeframe. If you still really want this option, drop us a line to let us know what you would like to order and how fast you need it. We will email you a quote and a payment link, which does not place any obligation on you. If you decide to go ahead, make your payment using the payment link - as soon as we receive confirmation that you have paid, we can go ahead with the expedited order.

  • Can you ship to my country? Thank you so much for your interest! We are only just starting, and are based in the UK, so at present it may be difficult for us to reach you where you are. If you would really like to place an order, please drop us a line to let us know which items you are interested in, and where you would like them shipped. If it is possible to ship there, we will provide you with an estimate, which does not place you under any obligation to accept.

Returns policy

  • Can I cancel or return my order? Everything we distribute is printed to order. It does not exist unless you order it, which makes it exempt from cancellation rights. This means we regret that we are unable to accept cancellations. If you have placed an order by mistake, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist; please note that if your order has already been sent to production, we will be unable to cancel it.

  • I placed an order by mistake. What do I do? If you have placed an order by mistake, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we will see what can be done. Since every item is made to order, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel the order, but if the production process has not yet started, it is usually possible to cancel it; we will do our best.

  • Something has gone wrong with my order. What do I do? If something has gone wrong with your order - it arrived damaged, or you did not receive it - please do get in touch. In such instances, we can offer refunds, replacements and/or discounts on future orders. Note if that if the order does not arrive because you have supplied us with an incomplete or incorrect address, we will not offer a replacement or refund. If the item arrives damaged or malformed, please send us an image to assist with the investigation process. We are generally able to provide a free replacement. If the item has not arrived within 30 days of placing the order (and the address you provided us was correct), we are generally able to provide a free replacement.
