Support
-
I love what you're doing. Can I support you with a tip? We’re so pleased - thank you for your support! In future, this will be possible via our website. As of now, please drop us a line and let us know how much you would like to tip and we can send you a Stripe payment link or arrange an alternative method.
-
Do you earn a commission if I use your Amazon link? No. We are not an Amazon affiliate partner. We are not planning on becoming one either. We will let you know if that ever changes. (When you click on the link of an Amazon affiliate partner, Amazon places a cookie on your computer. To comply with UK law, the Amazon affiliate partner must request your permission before doing so. If we ever became an Amazon Affiliate partner, we would make this very clear to you.)
Orders and payment
-
I want to place a large order. Can I get a discount? Please drop us a line and let us know what items you are interested in and the quantities you are considering and we will let you know what we can do.
-
What payment methods do you accept? We use Stripe to process our payments. Stripe accepts most of the major card types. If you are having trouble with the check-out, please drop us a line, let us know what type of payment you are trying to use, and we can see about arranging an alternative.
-
Can I pay by cheque? It’s easier for us if you can pay online, but we understand there is sometimes a need for an alternative. Please drop us a line and we can discuss the options.
-
Can you send me an invoice? Of course! Please drop us a line and we will gladly email you one. Please note that since we are not currently VAT-registered, we are unable to provide you with a VAT invoice.
Digital editions
-
What's the difference between the ebook and PDF editions? PDF formats have a fixed page layout. This means that there are page numbers you can refer to, and that the layout will be the same each time you open the book, no matter the device. Epubs have 'reflowable' text, which means the text adapts to the size of your screen.
-
Should I go for the the ebook or PDF edition? If you will be reading on a computer, the PDF format is likely preferable. If you will be reading on a hand-held device, the EPUB format (ebook edition) is recommended. If being able to refer to a specific page is important, you will want the PDF or print editions. Note that the PDF and print editions do not have the same numbering.
-
When will my digital file arrive? Digital files will be sent by email from an eyfoh-publishing.co.uk address and should arrive within 48 hours. If the file still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, please check your spam and then drop us a line.
Environmental concerns
-
Is your packaging respectful for the planet? Minimising waste is important, but it's also important that you receive your items in a good state.
-
Our books are currently printed and shipped by Amazon. Amazon is aware that it needs to improve its packaging, and is making efforts to ensure that over time it will use increasingly efficient packaging. You can read about their efforts here. For information on how to recycle Amazon packaging, read here.
-
Our other items are currently printed and shipped by Prodigi, which does an excellent job at sourcing materials in ways that are as ethical and environmentally-friendly as possible. You can read more about their efforts here.

What do you do about production waste? Each item is made to order. There are no wasted ‘overs’ (which, in traditional printing, often end up thrown away).
-
How far do my items travel? Items are produced as close to home as possible (in the UK for orders in the UK) and are shipped directly to you. This avoids a lot of the travelling between intermediaries which is required in traditional retail.
